Samsung to Stop LCD Production in June End, Prepones Planned Deadline by 6 Months: Report

Samsung Display will reportedly cease producing LCDs at the end of June. The current announcement shifts the closure six months ahead of the previously planned deadline. According to a report, Samsung Display will transfer its LCD staff to the QD division.
