Twitter Sends Civil Subpoenas to Elon Musk’s Tech Allies as Part of Lawsuit

Twitter has sent dozens of civil subpoenas this week to global banks and Musk advisers, according to filings over the past two days in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Twitter’s subpoenas wants to know what lenders, investors and advisers think about Elon Musk's behaviour after he signed the deal, say experts.
