Government Said to Plan Regulation of All Real-Money Online Games, to Include Games of Skill and Chance

The government is said to be planning to regulate all real-money games, including both games of skill and games of chance. The Prime Minister's Office is said to have overruled a proposal that would only allow the regulation of games of skill.
